How long does it take before I can see the initial logo concepts?
Based upon your package, your logos will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
What does Rush Delivery mean?
Using our rush delivery option, you can utilize your logo design options within 24 hours. An additional fee of $50 will be added to your order.
What if I don't like any of the initial logo concepts?
You have the option to either request a revision or a refund. Read Terms and Condition section for details.
How many changes to the logo can I make?
This depends upon the package you select. Some of our packages provide you with the option to request multiple rounds of revision whereas some packages such as Scientific Package comes with unlimited rounds of revision.
What is the difference between a "redraw" and a "revision"?
Revisions are improving upon the existing logo concepts with respect to their color, size, font etc. whereas a redraw is designing a whole new logo from scratch.
Can I submit my own ideas for my logo?
You are welcome to send in your ideas and our team of designers will incorporate those in your logo. You can submit your ideas while placing the order.
Do I own the copyright of the design of my logo?
LogoCluster transfers all the ownership rights of your logo to you. You can use it however you want to without seeking any permission from us.
Can you redo / improve my existing company logo?
Yes. You can send in your existing logo and we will redraw it according to your instructions and will submit you with new file formats for printing and publishing.
How will the final files of my design be delivered?
Your final file formats will be delivered to you via you're My Account area on the website.

What types of websites can you design?
We design all types of websites, including but not limited to simple brochure-type web sites, blogs, forums, e-commerce sites etc.
How much does it cost to design a website?
You can choose from the various web design packages we offer. The good thing about these packages is that you can make an informed decision according to your budget and requirements.

Do you provide hosting services in addition to designing web sites?
You get web hosting with Scientific Packages.
What if I need to add more pages than the number allowed in my package?
For each extra page you want to add, we will charge $100
How and in which format will you deliver the website in?
THE FINAL WEBSITE WILL BE DEPLOYED ON A LIVE SERVER AND FINAL FILES WILL BE DELIVERED ON SPECIAL REQUEST.

How much does your banner cost?
Depending on the type and size of the banner you need, the price will vary. Generally the price increases as the dimensions increase, but we don't charge you a cent extra for increased dimensions. For further details please check our packages page.
How long will it take for you to design a banner?
Our designer will come up with your banner in just 48 hours.
How many revisions I can request for?
You are allowed to request rounds of revision depending upon the package you choose; however, you are not allowed to make changes to the physical size of your banner or a complete re-write of the text content. This will be considered a different banner and normal price will be applied. Otherwise, you can request any changes, such as text position, animation, etc.
How to display Flash banner on my web site?
You need to download the banner SWF file and copy/paste the banner HTML code into web page(s) where you want your banner to appear. Then upload the SWF file and updated web page(s) with the banner code to your web site.
In what format will you deliver my banner?
If it's a static banner design, it will be provided in .psd, .jpg, .png, .gif. In case of an animated banner design, the file formats would be .gif and FLA File and if it's a flash banner design, it will be provided in SWF File and FLA File.
Would you be able to design a banner which includes my logo?
Definitely we will design your banner, send us your logo file in eps format, banner size and text which you want to place on your banner.
Can you convert my Flash banner to GIF format?
Direct conversion from Flash SWF file to animated GIF or any other ordinary image format is hardly possible since the Flash SWF and bitmap formats (GIF, JPEG etc) are very different technically. We will charge separately for it.
I need this banner done really quickly, do you have a rush delivery service?
Yes! You can see your banner(s) in 24 hours or even before that for a few more bucks. For our rush delivery charges.
What if the banner information that I have provided is not sufficient enough?
We will contact you to obtain the additional information during the confirmation process.
